Strong wind up to 50 mph through tonight, additional power outages possible

Winds calm down Saturday followed by seasonal temperatures

It will stay breezy into Saturday, but the winds won't be quite as strong.

The rain has left but the winds remain. Thursday's storm is gradually lifting out of the area, but it's strengthening and creating a tighter pressure gradient around it, hence gusty winds we are seeing.
It will stay breezy into Saturday, but the winds won't be quite as strong.
The weather looks good for the weekend. Temperatures will be seasonable and in the 50s.
With lighter winds, temperatures will fall back into the 30s Saturday night into Sunday. This is also when we push the clocks back one hour and return to Standard Time.
There is a risk of some rain again early next week. Right now it looks like there will be some showers late Monday night. Next week is filled with seasonable temperatures.
