Police in Orange say a woman is facing charges after she threw a bag of dog feces at a speeding car.
They say the bag went through an open window and exploded inside.
Police say 59-year-old Karen Kerames was mad the driver was speeding as she was walking her dog.
They say Kerames got a ticket, and officers gave the driver a warning for speeding.
