Investigators seized over 1 kg of marijuana and nearly $2,000 in cash. Norwalk police said they have an ongoing effort to investigate Smoke and Vape shops selling cannabis without a license. Chief James Walks said in a statement, "The Norwalk Police Department remains committed to the investigation of retail smoke shops who continue to sell illegal marijuana products. The unregulated sale of marijuana in smoke shops and small retail presents a significant public safety issue by selling these products.
