When you hop in a cab in New York City, chances are your driver is not a woman, but a new service is hoping to change that.
A new girls-only service called She Taxis-She Rides is hitting the roads starting Sept. 16.
Female riders can be picked up by fellow female drivers wearing a pink pashmina scarf. Groups must have at least one woman.
News 12 asked viewers if they think a women-only car service will gain ground in the Bronx. Many say it's a nice option to have, but don't think it's completely necessary.
