A youth hockey coach from Milford is facing charges after police say he stalked a waitress in Shelton.
Police say Kim Lariccia, 57, spent four hours watching a waitress at a restaurant on River Road in March.
Officials say he eventually gave the waitress a note asking if she wanted to go for a ride.
Officers say that when the waitress left work, Lariccia followed but took off when she met up with her boyfriend.
Police say Lariccia returned to the restaurant the next day to watch the victim again.
They say they arrested him after she gave police his license plate number.
