Altice USA closes Cheddar deal, brings network into news group
Altice USA has closed its deal to acquire the digital news service Cheddar.
The CEO of Altice USA, Dexter Goei, announced on Thursday that the transaction was closed.
Altice says Cheddar will join News 12 and i24NEWS as part of its news division as it ramps up its investment in news content.
Altice USA is the parent company of i24News and News 12.
