Fairfield Little League captures state title
The Fairfield American Little League team is the state champs for the third year in a row.
Fairfield beat Avon 10-0 last night to win the state title.
The thrid straight title is a first for any Little League team in Connecticut.
The team will play next weekend looking to advance to the Little League World Series.
