Funeral services were held Tuesday for the 6-year-old boy who drowned over the weekend in Greenwich.

The medical examiner has ruled Zachary Cohn?s death an accident. Police say Cohn got his arm stuck in the pool?s filtration valve. They also say a grate meant to prevent that from happening wasn't in its proper place.

Pool experts say filtration valve pipes usually aren't any bigger than 2 inches wide. Larry Schmidt, of Greenwich Pool Services, says the valve pipes may be used as a vacuum line or to pump water to other pool fixtures.

Police are still trying to determine how the protective grate came off of the filtration line.
