A public forum is planned in Milford to discuss the state's plan for improvements to Silver Sands State Park.
State officials want to add permanent restrooms, concession stands, and a lifeguard and security station.
In order to pay for those improvements, the state wants to charge admission fees.
The forum is scheduled to be held on Sept. 24 at Milford City Hall.
