Stratford police arrest convicted felon accused of selling drugs
They say 42-year-old Stephan Bagley was the target of a narcotics investigation that occurred during the month of April.

13h agoStratford police on Wednesday arrested a convicted felon who is accused of operating a drug factory.
They say 42-year-old Stephan Bagley was the target of a narcotics investigation that occurred during the month of April.
Police say they found 70 grams of crack cocaine on Bagley and in his vehicle and residence.
Stefan Bagley is being held in lieu of a $500,000 bond.
