100 Black Men of Stamford hosted its 22nd annual golf classic Tuesday.

The group is a volunteer organization that sponsors educational and developmental programs for children of color in Fairfield County.

This year's classic was held at the Rockrimmon Country Club in Stamford.

"We have tremendous support from local businesses that come out and offer services to help benefit this whole experience that we've done today," said Jesse Baker, president of the organization.

Baker said the support from the community is what keeps the golf classic going each year.
