A 15-minute moment of silence is set to take place Wednesday morning in memory of the fourth anniversary of the Sandy Hook tragedy.

First Selectman Pat Llodra is asking town employees to stop all work, including answering phones, between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.

The town will also lower its flags to half-staff to honor the 20 first graders and six educators that were killed.
