Two tow truck drivers are facing charges in Orange after police say they hit a woman and ran over her foot while trying to repossess her car.
Elizabeth Vinall and Ralph Iavarona were arrested over the weekend at the Applebee's on the Post Road.
Police say the vehicle's owner saw the crew taking her car and tried to stop them.
During the incident, police say Vinall tried to drive the vehicle away, but struck the owner.
Investigators say Iavarona then ran over the woman's foot while backing up with the tow truck.
