89-year-old man hurt in Fairfield hit-and-run

Police say an 89-year-old man is recovering and a woman is in custody after a hit-and-run in Fairfield. The incident happened at Burroughs Road and Black Rock Turnpike shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday.
