Everyone is alright after a two-alarm fire sparked at the Palisades Mall in Rockland County.

The West Nyack Fire Department says it happened just before 9 p.m. Monday.

When crews arrived, police and mall security directed them to a fire at Waffle and Crepes on the second floor. Firefighters found flames inside the walls and were able to put the fire out fairly quickly.

Companies remained on scene for about an hour and a half to open up and ensure the fire was fully extinguished. No injuries were reported.

The fire department says the building was safely evacuated, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
