Westport-based tech company ThoughtPartnr is helping small businesses adapt to AI.

The company's CEO and founder, Jay Norris, says the company's new product, the " AI Search Widget", is a simple addition to any small business's website.

Norris added it will transform that business into a powerful contender in the age of AI.

The one-year anniversary of his business coincides with the official rollout of the major new product.

"Years ago, we saw the digital divide happen, when the Internet came and a lot of small businesses took a long time to build their digital channels." Norris stated. "What we see now is that we need to speed up -- because medium-to-large-enterprise businesses can afford the resources to hire people to educate and train them on AI, but the small businesses do not have these budgets; and so we said, let's target these guys, let's help them learn AI, to use it, so they can minimize their costs & maximize their returns in their businesses."

The company CEO said the search add-on can help any business make more money with less upfront costs.

Norris explained that any company that fails to adapt to AI will be left behind.
