Fairfield police responded to a report of two children driving an e-bike along Black Rock Turnpike and Burroughs Road.

Police determined that two children were riding one electric bike when they struck a curb.

The crash caused both riders to be ejected and sustain injuries.

Both bike riders were wearing helmets and were transferred to an area hospital for their injuries.
