State police say they arrested three Norwalk residents on drug charges during their investigation into a suspected heroin dealer.
Officials say detectives arrested Sylvester Edward, Michael Ross and Tanisha Edward, Wednesday night.
They say they seized more than 450 bags of heroin and 40 grams of marijuana from their home.
