In a new court filing, the officers say the EMTs are at least partly liable for his injuries because of multiple reasons, including failing to promptly call for medical attention.

Five New Haven police officers are blaming EMTs for Randy Cox's injuries. Cox was arrested on June 19 and was later partially paralyzed in police custody.
In a new court filing, the officers say the EMTs are at least partly liable for his injuries because of multiple reasons, including failing to promptly call for medical attention.
Each of the five officers arrested has posted a $25,000 bond.
Cox has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the city and the five officers.
