The arrests were made in a home on Old Town Road.
Officials tell News 12 Connecticut that one of the suspects tried to hit an FBI agent with his car. They say the agent fired at the suspect's tires to stop him near a school bus full of children.
The five men were booked on charges ranging from drug possession to unlawful sale of a hand gun.
Officials say a sixth man, who was already behind bars, is also facing charges.
