AAA is warning drivers that deer collisions on Connecticut roadways are expected to increase by leaps and bounds over the next few weeks.
It's the start of deer mating season in the state.
Data from the University of Connecticut Crash Data Repository reports there were over 400 deer-related crashes between October and December last year. 
They say that number is likely under reported.
