A police body camera shows the Democratic lawmaker struggling to explain how she flipped her car just blocks from the state Capitol.

According to the accident report, video of the crash revealed Comey hit a parked car before landing on another car.
That driver suffered minor injuries.
Comey is currently in alcohol treatment, and it is unclear when she will return to the Capitol.
"I'm hopeful, but it's going to be on her timetable. And we'll have a conversation if, and when, that time comes," said Connecticut House Speaker Matt Ritter.
Hartford police say Comey's blood alcohol level was nearly double the legal limit.
House Democrats say she had just left a bar with three other lawmakers.
