ADA settlement says the Norwalk Inn and Conference Center will now allow service animals

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says The Norwalk Inn and Conference Center agreed on Tuesday to implement a service animal policy following an Americans with Disabilities Act settlement.
The settlement resolves an ADA complaint filed by an individual with disabilities. The person alleged that the Norwalk Inn requested the removal of service animals last July.
The Norwalk Inn will now implement a service animal policy and post signs that service animals are welcome on the property.
