It's time to put your snow angel making skills to a good use and help raise money for athletes involved in Special Olympics Connecticut.
The Angels for Athletes campaign is asking people to have some fun all for a good cause.
The idea is to make a snow angel and post a video or picture on social media while tagging Special Olympics Connecticut. Then you can also make a donation online.
Special Olympics Connecticut says the response has been great and that it's important to give the athletes hope.
"The donations and your participation in this campaign is crucial to the existence of and continuation of our ability to provide our athletes those practices and competitions and ultimately to be included," says Taryn Prostano, of Special Olympics Connecticut.
People not up to the task of making a snow angel outside can also lay on the floor and put toilet paper or lots of wrapping paper around them.
The organization says the donations are so important to not only keep Special Olympics Connecticut going in the pandemic, but also for the inspiration the athletes give to others.
"Our athletes are able to shine in ways that bring joy to everyone who experiences each of those competitions and practices," says Prostano.
