Attempt by Michelle Troconis' attorney to get GPS ankle monitor removed fails
The latest attempt to remove Michelle Troconis' GPS ankle monitor failed Monday.
A judge previously ruled that Troconis would keep her GPS monitor while out on bond, but said he would allow her to switch to a wrist bracelet if the technology were to be available. Troconis' attorney, Jon Schoenhorn, went through the appellate court in this bid for removal.
Troconis is charged in connection to missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Dulos.
