Rex Heuermann expected to plead guilty in Gilgo Beach serial killings. Here's what you need to know.

Residents who headed to Seaside Park over the weekend may have noticed a very large hole near the swimming beach.
Witnesses say it was five-feet deep and 30-feet from end-to-end. Police told News 12 Connecticut that investigators had been digging a hole by Black Rock Harbor mounds as part of an investigation. However, they won?t say what exactly they were looking for.
Beach-goers seemed unfazed by the hole and some had their own theories as to what cops were looking for.
Police say they might return to dig some more.
