Body Tuning on Tokeneke Road in Darien is the gym of choice for more than a dozen professional hockey players during their off-seasons, including a few of the New York Rangers.
Ben Prentiss owns Body Tuning and says he has built a name for himself among NHL and Olympic players.
While some NHL players have already returned to Prentiss' gym, Martin St. Louis, Brad Richards, and Chris Kreider are awaiting the results of the Western Conference Finals between Chicago and Los Angeles. The Rangers defeated Montreal last night to earn the organization's first berth in the Stanley Cup Final in 20 years.
L.A. Kings goalie Jonathan Quick also trains at the gym.
Prentiss says he's hopeful the Stanley Cup will make a visit to the gym this summer.
The finals start on Wednesday.?
