Several people are recovering after a tent collapse at a Boy Scouts event over the weekend in Orange.
The incident happened Saturday during Conn-Jam 2012 in Orange. Witnesses say a powerful gust of wind came suddenly and brought down the tent.
Connecticut Yankee Council's Scout Executive Lou Salute said 10 people were hurt and six were taken to the hospital. All of the injured are expected to be OK.
The Scouts and Explorers who were involved in the response effort are being honored Wednesday.
