A Bridgeport family is pleading for the public's help during an ongoing search effort to locate a missing 84-year-old woman with Alzheimer's disease and diabetes.
State police are currently assisting in the search for Teresa Zangrilli, who was last seen near the Marshalls sign next to PriceRite on upper Main Street around 4 p.m. Sunday.
They say she was last seen wearing a pink fleece top over a beige V-neck shirt.
Bridgeport police expanded their search to include the entire city Wednesday, with both ground and air campaigns.
Relatives also went from house to house, with grandson Jonathan Rodrigues asking if anyone had seen his grandmother.
The family is offering a $5,000 reward for anybody who returns Zangrilli safely to them.
Anyone with information is asked to call the State Police Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 860-685-8190.
