A man from Bridgeport has been arrested in Norwalk and accused in a series of crimes.
Carlos Cordero, 30, was arrested with four active warrants involving disturbances and assaults.
One case involves a strangulation incident on Westport Avenue in Norwalk.
According to police, Cordero knew the victim and was not supposed to be in the residence.
Cordero was taken into custody without incident.
