The countdown is on in Bridgeport for the first ever Barnum Palooza.
It's the grand finale to six weeks of celebrations as part of the annual Barnum Festival.
Crews set up yesterday.
The festival starts tomorrow morning at Seaside Park and features carnival rides, a beer garden and live music.
This year's ringmaster says they changed the route for the festival parade for the first time in 20 years so it could end at the Palooza by the water.
The parade is set for Sunday.
