Bridgeport's new police chief is marking his first six months on the job Monday ? a job he says has been much harder than expected.
Chief Bryan Norwood, the state's youngest top cop, says he's committed to implementing changes and building community awareness. He has already implemented several community policing programs, he's updated equipment and he plans to further those efforts.
Chief Norwood also says his motto, to lead from the front, is one he takes seriously.
