Bridgeport residents have another chance to speak out tonight on the mayor's plan to raise taxes.
Mayor Bill Finch says the increase in property taxes is needed to help fund education in the city.
It will cost the average family an extra $400 a year.
Tonight's hearing will start at 6 p.m. at the Black Rock Library on Fairfield Avenue.
