BX man out on street after promised new apartment

A Bronx man says his building management company will not help him find another apartment after his was destroyed in a fire last week.
The tenant says the River Park Towers? management company is not willing to do anything to help him, but says the company promised to put him in a new apartment.
He says his apartment was destroyed because of a problem with the stove, which he says he reported to the company in January. The resident says he and his son were forced to move in with his mother. He made attempts to contact the building manager, but says that no one is reaching out to him.
The man says he doesn?t want to involve lawyers but says he?s willing to do anything to get his life back.
News 12 The Bronx contacted the management company but was turned away from the property.
