Charges against Joshua McNeill dismissed in Stamford murder of Denny Alcantara
State prosecutors have dropped all charges against a man who has spent the last three years in jail in connection to a murder in Stamford.
Joshua McNeill was one of three men arrested in connection to the shooting death of Denny Alcantara in November 2009.
The other two men have been convicted of murder.
However, prosecutors told a judge Tuesday they do not have enough evidence to convict McNeil and the judge ordered his release.
