This week, chefs Nikki and Nickolas Glekas show Tina Redwine how to make homemade granola.
Homemade Granola
Ingredients
2 cups oats
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons honey
Mix all ingredients together and lay flat on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove and let cool.
