Chef Lisa from Catch A Healthy Habit in Fairfield shows how to make your own kale chips at home! With some olive oil and sea salt or Himalayan salt, the kale is ready to be tossed into a dehydrator.
2 bunches Kale, ‘de-stemmed’ & small/medium pieces
1/2 t Salt
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/2 c Nutritional Yeast
Massage all ingredients into kale & then dehydrate until crispy. Can also put into low temp convention oven 5-20 minutes depending on oven.
