Making your own spice blend 
Base rub ( great base rub to use on everything)
1 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mojo rub (Great on chicken, turkey, fish, shellfish, vegetables)
1 recipe base rub
1 teaspoon granulated orange peel
1 teaspoon granulated lemon peel
1 teaspoon granulated lime peel
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cilantro (dried)
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Ancho Chile rub Great On all roasts, especially brisket, roast beef, burgers
1 recipe basic rub
2 tablespoons ground ancho chili’s
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Coffee rub great on all beef cuts
1 recipe basic rub
2 tablespoons ground coffee
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Italian Pork rub (pork loin, chops)
1 recipe basic rub
2 tablespoons ground Dijon mustard powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
BBQ rub (great on burgers, steaks, chops, chicken)
1 recipe basic rub
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon hickory smoke powder
1 teaspoon tomato powder
1 teaspoon molasses powder
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Sesame soy rub (great on chicken, all seafood)
1 recipe basic rub
1 tablespoon roasted sesame powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce powder
1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder

Bacon Cheddar rub ( great on burgers, chicken, turkey, pork loin )
1 recipe basic rub
2 tablespoons cheddar powder
1 teaspoon bacon powder
1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke powder
1/4 teaspoon jalapeño powder

Honey maple rub ( great with ham, pork, turkey, chicken)
1 recipe basic rub
2 tablespoons maple powder
1 tablespoon honey powder
1/4 teaspoon Dijon powder

Habanero lemon basil rub ( great on fish, chicken and turkey)
1 recipe basic rub
1 tablespoon lemon powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground basil
1/4 teaspoon habanero powder

Horseradish cheddar rub ( great on potatoes, chicken, burgers)
1 recipe basic rub
2 tablespoons aged white cheddar powder
1 tablespoon horseradish powder

Cajun rub
1 recipe basic rub
1 table spoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon ground rosemary
1 teaspoon tomato powder
1/2 teaspoon ground celery seed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
