Chef Pinky Kaur, of Saffron Indian Cuisine, shows Tina Redwine how to make traditional Indian recipes.
Ingredients
Take a cup of whole wheat flour and add half a cup of water and knead, making a smooth ball. You could refrigerate for later use or use it right away.
Divide in small balls, roll out, using dry flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the surface and deep fry.
