Pork Crown Roast
Prime rib of pork
Directions:
Season meat
Place upside down on the points into roasting pan uncovered for 20 min/lb.
Last hour turn roast right side up. (Ex 8lb roast in for 1hr 40 min. tips down)
Flip over- close door for 1 hr. more.
Finish Temp = 155 degrees
Remove from oven and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
