Chef's Quick Tip: Royal Icing

Royal Icing
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tablespoons powdered egg white
6 tablespoons water
Mix dry ingredients together.  Add water, and beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Keep for up to one week in a covered container.
