This week, Chef Holly DeCaro from Pokeworks in Wilton shows Tina Redwine how to make a Shiso Salmon poke bowl.
Shiso Salmon
4-6oz. cubed farm raised Atlantic Salmon
In a bowl, add 2 oz each of sweet onion, edamame and cucumber
Sprinkle fresh Shiso
Add 2 oz. of ponzu sauce
Mix and layer over fresh mixed greens with a little grated cabbage
Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds.
For all dishes, we recommend adding one or more crunches:
Crispy onion, wonton crisps, lotus chips, rice puffs
Optional toppings include avocado and crab salad
