This week, Chef Jose Aguilar from Bodega Taco Bar in Darian and Fairfield shows Tina Redwine how to make Tortillas.
Tortilla
1 Cup Mazteca
½ cups Water
1 Cup Mazteca
½ cups Water
Directions
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and form the tortillas into round shaped balls with your hands before flattening and cooking in a pan for a minute on each side.
