Restaurateur Nikki Glekas, of Nikki Glekas Events, demonstrates how to make a Greek tzatziki sauce.
Recipe:
1 cup full fat Greek Yogurt
1 English cucumber, peeled, grated and drained
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped dill
Kosher Salt
-Peel and grate the cucumber. Use a cheese cloth or your hands to squeeze the water out of the grated cucumber. Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
