Buffalo Cauliflower:
2 quarts vegetable oil
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Kosher salt
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vodka
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch florets
1/3 cup Frank's hot sauce
1 medium clove garlic, minced
