Cheshire woman accused in fatal DUI expected in court

The Cheshire woman who police say was driving drunk when she struck and killed an Amity High School graduate is due in court today.  Police say 18-year-old Bobby Weidig was walking with his brother

The Cheshire woman who police say was driving drunk when she struck and killed an Amity High School graduate is due in court today. 
Police say 18-year-old Bobby Weidig was walking with his brother along Litchfield Turnpike last Christmas when 60-year-old Barbara Ross struck him with her car.
Ross is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failing to drive in the proper lane.
She has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
