The Stamford woman who was mauled by a chimpanzee in 2009 will get $4 million in a settlement with the chimp owner's estate.

Charla Nash's family asked for $50 million in damages from Sandra Herold's estate.

Nash was blinded and lost both hands in the attack.

She underwent a face transplant last year.

Nash's family is also trying to sue the state.
