of student-athletes across the state returned to practice on Tuesday for
their winter sports seasons.

City of Norwalk is still awaiting a start date for its winter sports season.
Stamford high schools have only allowed non-contact skill-building practices
through the end of January.
Bridgeport
schools opted out of participating in certain winter sports, saying that the
risks were not worth it amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Statewide
games can start no sooner than Feb. 8.
