Access Health CT announced Tuesday that ConnectiCare will remain part of the state's public health care exchange.
As News 12 has reported, the insurer originally planned to terminate its agreement with the state. Published reports had said that ConnectiCare was suing after the state reduced the company's 27 percent rate increase request.
Access Health CT says ConnecticutCare will remain part of the exchange for 2017, providing plans and options to allow individuals and families access to health care.
