Faced with the harsh reality of layoffs at restaurants and small businesses closing their doors, one local chef is remaining focused on keeping people's bellies full and their bodies out of harm’s way.
Miles Lobuglio says bread, like the sun, is one of the most fundamental aspects of life.
He says he’s keeping people out of grocery stores and bakeries as much as possible by delivering his own sourdough bread to homes in the area.
He sells loaves and baguettes to friends, family and whoever asks him for it. The whole process takes about two days’ time and he says he's made close to 50 home deliveries already.
All in all, he believes it could be the start of something new.

"There's a lot of food delivery, but to get like artisan bread like, really good bread delivered to you at your front door. I don't think there's anything really like that,” says Lobuglio.
